I tracked my protein and made sure I ate more than 100 grams protein per day and the result was unexpected. I didn’t notice any gains in my weight-bearing exercises, however I improved my stamina while walking up and down the stairs. Usually I need to take a few breaks while walking up and down for ten minutes but after taking in enough protein, I did the whole exercise without taking any breaks at all. But, correlation is not causation. After I ate too much caramel popcorn, the gains were negated and I still needed to take breaks even though my protein intake was sufficient. I don’t want to say how much caramel popcorn I ate because I imagine my ex-boyfriends from Germany reading this and being absolutely disgusted. Also, on the day that didn’t eat an adequate amount of protein, I still needed to take breaks while going up and down but I don’t know if this is from a lack of protein or because I over-exerted myself the preceding day.
I’m still trying to lose 3 pounds but I’ve considered other options. I could go to the moon to lose weight or I could ride on a decelerating elevator to lose apparent weight.
I was in the mood for a hamburger so I went to a diner but the cheese on it was sub-par. I’m not writing reviews any more because the reviews from my AI source, Microsoft co-pilot, aren’t interesting.
